Citrus fits such as lemons, oranges and grapefruits are good for your body as they're good for the digestive system. They enhance metabolism and help you to stay healthy.

These fruits contain antioxidant which helps in lowering the sugar level of your body and hence increases the metabolism of your body. 

3) Chilli Peppers

Chilli peppers help in reducing the fats of your body although, excessive consumption of peppers can be dangerous for your health. Hence, it is better to consume chilli peppers in a safe amount.

 I said in my previous articles that water helps to increase your body functions and reduces your body fats. Water is the main constituent of our body.

Drink water more often to have a great metabolism. It is essential to drink water in the morning as soon as you wake up.
