Following are some of the ways to get a big chest or pecs fast.

1) Barbell Bench Press

The barbell bench press is an upper-body weightlifting exercise. It is also called chest press as it mainly targets the chest. 

It is also useful in training the triceps and deltoids as well. It improves the stabilization of the body.

2) Incline Push-ups

Incline pushups are an amazing exercise to target the lower chest. Incline pushups are amazing to give your chest a muscular look.
